Carly Aitchison

Carly Aitchison is a Solicitor in the dispute resolution team at RIAA Barker Gillette (UK), practicing in Dispute Resolution. She focuses on property litigation matters, including breaches of contract, breaches of covenants, and landlord and tenant disputes, as well as wider commercial and civil litigation matters in the County Court and High Court.

Ms. Aitchison supports all forms of alternative dispute resolution, from direct negotiations to mediation, and has dealt with all stages of litigation from pre-action protocols through to trial. She also acts for debtors and creditors in personal and corporate insolvency proceedings. She joined the firm as a paralegal in 2014, gaining experience in various legal disciplines, before qualifying as a solicitor in March 2020.

Carly holds an LLB Hons (2017) and is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
