Alcina Saleem

Alcina Saleem is an Associate in Dentons' London office and a member of the Projects practice group, focusing on project finance with particular expertise in the financing, development and acquisition of renewable energy, infrastructure and real estate assets.

She advises lenders, sponsors, developers, corporates and utilities on complex and cross-border projects. Notable matters include advising HSBC and OakNorth on a £232 million refinancing for a real estate portfolio in the UK, advising lenders on a £300 million split note subscription and senior term facilities for a major US bank, advising TotalEnergies on the sale of its non-operated 12.5% interest in the OML118 production sharing contract for US$510 million to Shell Nigeria, and advising on renewable PPAs, solar and battery development portfolios, CPPAs, and grid connection issues with NGET and Ofgem. She also has experience advising on arbitration disputes with major energy and engineering companies.

Alcina holds a B.A. (Hons) from King's College London (2019), completed the LPC and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at BPP University (2023), and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2025.
