Abbey Wiggett

Abbey Wiggett is a Senior Associate in the London office at Dentons, specialising in real estate law and property investment transactions. She acts for institutions, private and public companies from the UK and overseas on structured investment acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures.

Abbey has advised Ho Bee Land on its £650 million acquisition of Ropemaker Place; a joint venture comprising Lee Kim Tah and Metro Holdings Jersey Limited on its £76 million acquisition of office premises at 5 Chancery Lane; KanAm Grund on its acquisition of One Wood Street; and Sports Direct on the £108 million acquisition of Academy House on Oxford Street, which was redeveloped to become a FLANNELS.com flagship store and the group's new London office.

Abbey holds an LL.B from the University of Reading (2010) and completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School (2011). She was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2013.
