Laura Gowing

Laura Gowing is a Partner in the firm's Real Estate Law practice, based in the London office. She advises UK and overseas clients on investment, finance, and development transactions, acting for a variety of property companies, developers, funds, and banks with a particular focus on the "beds" sector (build-to-rent, student accommodation, and hospitality) and office sectors.

She holds a B.A. in Geography (Hons) from Cambridge University (2008), completed the GDL at Oxford Brookes University (2009), and the LPC at Oxford Institute of Legal Practice (2010). She has been recognized as a Next Generation Partner by The Legal 500 UK (2023-2026) and previously as a Rising Star (2020-2022).

Laura serves on Dentons' Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Cambridge University Land Society.
