Tom Taylor

Tom Taylor is a Partner in the Real Estate practice at Dentons in London, specializing in Real Estate Law. He advises UK‑based and international investors, developers, and banks across the office, logistics, social housing, and residential sectors, with a particular focus on large private rented sector investment transactions involving standing investments and forward purchases.

Tom has advised an overseas institutional investor on the acquisition of a portfolio of over £1 billion of prime central London private rented sector assets and related financings; advised an overseas sovereign wealth fund on its most significant UK investment, including development and letting advice on substantial logistics pre‑lettings; and advised a substantial care and specialist supported housing fund on the acquisition of numerous property portfolios and related arrangements with Registered Providers and care providers.

He holds an LL.B from the University of Liverpool (2002) and completed his LPC at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice (2003). He qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2005, and previously practiced at Norton Rose Fulbright for nearly 20 years before joining Dentons in 2024.
