Caroline Stead

Caroline Stead is Of Counsel in the Real Estate practice at Dentons in London, specializing in Real Estate Law. She has extensive experience advising on large‑scale and complex transactions, including high‑value investment acquisitions and disposals for institutional property companies and overseas investors across all major real estate sectors, including asset and share transactions.

Caroline also works on development acquisitions and pre‑letting, and has experience in the student accommodation sector. She has advised on significant transactions involving logistics, office, and residential assets, and has deep expertise in the UK real estate investment market.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Sheffield (2001) and completed her Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice (2002). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2004.
