Usmaan Ali

Usmaan Ali is an Associate in Dentons' Real Estate team, based in Milton Keynes, advising on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant transactions, and general asset management work.

He acts for landlords, tenants, developers and investors, and has particular experience advising major UK network operators and governmental bodies on Electronic Communications Code matters, including site acquisitions, consensual and contested lease renewals, and disputes. His recent work includes advising Network Rail on station leases and portfolio matters, a national fitness operator on lease renewals and expansion, and a central government department on a portfolio-wide regear project across more than 120 operational sites.

Usmaan holds an LL.B (Hons) from Birmingham City University (2017) and completed the Legal Practice Course at Birmingham City University (2018).
