Jannicke Brar

Jannicke Brar is a Deputy Managing Lawyer in Dentons Helix, advising retail landlords, major retailers and restaurant operators on a broad range of commercial real estate matters. Her practice spans portfolio and estate management, including lease renewals, regears, asset optimisation and operational property support, as well as acquisitions and disposals of varying value and complexity.

She has particular expertise advising on the rollout of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and other portfolio-wide initiatives, and manages the development and delivery of strategic property projects. She has also worked in-house on secondment with a leading UK retailer and advised a well-known serviced office provider on all aspects of its UK estate management.
