Charlotte Stevens

Charlotte Stevens is a Senior Associate at Dentons in Milton Keynes, practicing in the Real Estate Law group. She has experience in a variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, asset management, and real estate finance. She also provides property support in corporate transactions.

Charlotte advises on matters involving commercial development, portfolio management, and property financing. She has advised Network Rail on matters regarding its extensive property portfolio, including leases and land exchange; advised on various lease renewals for sites across the UK; advised the lender in a multi‑million‑pound real estate refinance matter; and advised the borrower in the refinance of its real estate portfolio in East London.

She holds a B.A. (Honours) in English and History from the University of Leeds (2013), a Graduate Diploma in Law from Cardiff University (2014), and completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP University Law School (2015). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2018.
