Tristan Jonckheer

Tristan Jonckheer is a Partner and Head of Dentons' Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) practice for the UK, Ireland and Middle East, based in the London office, practicing in Technology Law. He leads one of the largest specialist TMT practices, advising on high-value technology and commercial projects, typically in regulated sectors.

His expertise includes commercial contracts (outsourcing, distribution, and collaboration agreements), technology contracts (e-Commerce, SaaS, cloud migration, AI procurement), FinTech and payments (merchant acquiring, payment gateway agreements, digital banking), and telecoms and space (MVNOs, fiber optic networks, capacity and roaming agreements). He has been recognized as a Leading Partner in FinTech and IT & Telecoms by The Legal 500 and a Leading Individual by Chambers in Information Technology & Outsourcing and Commercial Contracts. He also serves as Co-Chair of Dentons' Global FinTech Group.

He holds a BSc in Economics and Politics from the University of Bath (2004), a GDL with Commendation from BPP Law School (2006), and completed the LPC with Distinction at BPP Law School (2007).
