Surinder Ubhi

Surinder Ubhi is a Senior Chartered Legal Executive in the Real Estate Practice at Dentons in Milton Keynes, specialising in real estate law, commercial property transactions, and landlord and tenant portfolio management. He has extensive experience in freehold and leasehold commercial acquisitions and disposals for institutional developers, acting for both landlords and tenants across the office and retail sectors.

Surinder has acted for Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd on store acquisitions; Barclays Bank PLC on property portfolio management; Virgin Active on a variety of transactional matters; Westfield Shoppingtowns Ltd on matters at Westfield Stratford City; Kentucky Fried Chicken (GB) Limited on drive-through store acquisitions; and Network Rail on retail station leases. He also advised on the transactional management of Thornfield Shopping Centre in Redditch, including lease renewals, surrenders, tenant relocations, and disposals. He provides support to the Corporate team on transactions requiring property due diligence.
