Ben Middleton

Ben Middleton is a Managing Lawyer in Dentons Helix, leading a dedicated real-estate-managed service team that provides strategic legal support across complex property portfolios and projects. He advises institutional landlords and major retail occupiers on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including lease renewals, regears, acquisitions, disposals and large-scale asset management projects.

His practice focuses on large property holdings, including complex agreements for lease, assignments and surrenders, and he has supported the implementation of large-scale initiatives. He combines technical real estate expertise with a strong focus on service delivery, working closely with legal and business stakeholders to provide efficient, scalable and commercially focused legal support, and has led initiatives to enhance client service through the development of precedents, client protocols and technology-enabled solutions.

Ben holds an M.A. and a B.A. (Hons) from the University of Cambridge, a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University and an LL.M. in Legal Practice from the University of Law.
