Sophie Boswell

Sophie Boswell is a Senior Lawyer in Dentons Helix, based in London. Her practice focuses on Real Estate Law, acting for FTSE 100 companies, private partnerships and major corporate occupiers.

Sophie has experience in all aspects of general commercial asset and leasehold management within the office, retail and logistics sectors, including working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to successfully deliver key real estate projects.

She has first-hand experience of working in-house, having previously spent time as Real Estate counsel at an AIM-listed national logistics provider, and has undertaken secondments to a major multinational information technology company and a FTSE 100 company.

Her recent experience includes advising a leading serviced office operator on a lease acquisition with a rental value of circa £15 million, acting as part of the project team advising a luxury fitness brand on its lease acquisition of a flagship club, and advising a UK REIT on the refinancing of its property portfolio to the value of £140 million.

She holds an LLB (Hons) from Oxford Brookes University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. She was recognised as a Legal 500 Rising Star in 2020 and 2021, and received the Law Society Diversity Access Scholarship in 2009.
