Emma Frost

Emma Frost is a Partner in Dentons' Real Estate Law practice, based in the London office. She acts for developers, public bodies, property companies, and real estate funds, with a particular focus on development matters including residential, mixed-use schemes, and regeneration sites. She has experience of developments funded by joint ventures, forward funding, and other structures, including conditional land sale agreements and promotion agreements.

Her commercial property work for investors includes sales and purchases of fully and partially let office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties, as well as asset management and leasing matters. She also advises on real estate finance for lenders and borrowers, both in standalone financing and as part of purchase or development transactions.

Emma holds an MA in Law from Oxford University (2001) and completed the LPC at Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University (2002).
