Sarah Beeby

Sarah Beeby is a Partner in Dentons' London office and co-head of Clients and Markets, as well as a member of the Executive Committee for the UK, Ireland and the Middle East. Her practice focuses on Employment Law.

A very experienced employment lawyer, Sarah undertakes a full range of employment work for a wide variety of clients in the private and public sectors, including many leading companies and household names. Her work includes advising on large-scale redundancy and restructuring exercises, collective consultation, changes to terms and conditions, TUPE transfers and complex outsourcing arrangements. She advises on the employment aspects of large international corporate transactions, having worked on numerous multi-billion pound transactions.

Her expertise includes trade union recognition, industrial relations, industrial action and pay negotiations. She acts as a "sounding board" on employment issues and strategy for HR teams, in-house counsel and boards, advising on executive terminations, C-suite matters and employee competition issues. An accomplished advocate, Sarah has conducted employment tribunal claims and employment appeals on the full range of employment issues, including a number of significant class actions.

She manages a large team of lawyers who act in the defence of employment litigation for many high-profile multinational clients and brands, and coordinates and manages global and European HR projects. Sarah and her team provide a concierge service to international clients using Dentons' international network for global employment law advice, coordinating and delivering advice on a full range of employment law matters in more than 80 jurisdictions.

She holds an LLB (Hons) from Coventry University and a Legal Practice Course from The College of Law, Birmingham. She is ranked Band 1 in Employment, Thames Valley by Chambers UK, which describes her as "an extremely impressive senior employment law partner and a commercially astute individual," and is praised by Legal 500 as "the standout lawyer in the team" who is "simply outstanding as a team leader, coordinator and lawyer."
