Ross McLelland

Ross McLelland is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Competition practice, specialising in public procurement and regulatory compliance.

He advises on regulated procurements in the public and utilities sectors across the UK, including major contracts for several UK central government departments such as the Cabinet Office, the Ministry of Justice and the Department for Education, as well as major utilities including Network Rail and National Grid. He also provides training on procurement issues under the existing regime and the Procurement Act 2023. He has spent time working with the firm's TMT team on commercial contracts and IP matters, and has developed a focus on FOI legislation.
