Morgan McSherry

Morgan McSherry is an Associate in Dentons' Competition practice, specializing in public procurement, subsidy control and competition law.

She advises on large-scale procurement projects and a broad range of public procurement and regulatory matters, including the evaluation and moderation of tender responses, contract modifications, the drafting of tender documentation, abnormally low tenders and challenges to award decisions. She also advises central government departments and local authorities on subsidy control matters, including compliance with the UK subsidy control regime and the application of EU state aid rules in the UK, as well as on competition compliance issues including regulatory investigations and joint purchasing arrangements.
