Notable matters include advising KSL Capital Partners on the disposal of a portfolio of 35 Village‑branded hotels to Blackstone; advising Nederlander Theatre Group on the acquisition and financing of the Dominion Theatre in London's West End; advising Ernst & Young LLP as administrators of the Von Essen Hotels Group on the disposal of a portfolio of 28 boutique hotels; advising BDO LLP on the disposal of a portfolio of cinemas; and advising fixed charge receivers on the sale of an ultra‑high‑value residential property in central London. In real estate finance, he has advised on a £400 million refinancing of a large portfolio of PBSA sites and a £40 million financing of a portfolio of office, industrial, and development properties.
