Parisa Fard

Parisa Fard is an Associate in the Intellectual Property Group based in London. Her primary practice area is Intellectual Property Law, and she has experience in a broad range of contentious intellectual property matters in the media and entertainment, sport, fashion and retail sectors.

She advises clients on the protection and enforcement of IP rights, including brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, trade mark, copyright and design right infringements. She has acted in a number of significant disputes in the Intellectual Property and Enterprise Court, High Court and in proceedings before the UKIPO and EUIPO.

She has spent time on secondment at a global FTSE100 company, where she advised on several key trade mark strategies as well as advertising campaigns and promotional activity using social media. As such, she has a strong understanding of clients' commercial considerations.
