Neil Nicholson

Neil Nicholson is a Partner in the Corporate practice in Dentons' London office, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. He has over 25 years' experience advising on public and private acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions, having joined Dentons as a trainee in 1999.

Neil's significant M&A experience covers both UK domestic and cross-border transactions, particularly multi-jurisdictional matters. He is a client relationship partner for key clients including Informa plc and Capita plc, and has advised on a wide range of notable transactions including Premier Foods' acquisition of FUEL10K, the acquisition of Tarsus by Informa, and the sale of Capita's private sector contact centre business to Inspirit Capital. He also has particular equity capital markets experience, advising on the FCA Listing Rules, the AIM Rules of the London Stock Exchange and the UK Takeover Code.

Neil holds an M.A. from St Peter's College, University of Oxford (1996).
