Michael Snook

Michael Snook is a Partner in Dentons' London office, practicing in the Corporate group, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. He focuses on UK and cross‑border M&A (private and public), joint ventures, private equity, equity financings, and group reorganizations, with a particular emphasis on the infrastructure, transport, and renewable energy sectors.

Michael has significant experience advising financial sponsors, as well as clients in the TMT, life sciences, and real estate sectors. Notable matters include advising Gülermak Renewables on its acquisition of a 49.9MW energy storage project, Blue Owl Capital on a £403 million joint venture investment, Capita on the sale of its mortgage servicing business assets, and Liontrust on its takeover of GAM. He also advised the UK Infrastructure Bank on its investment in Invinity Energy Systems plc, SCF Partners on its strategic investment in Tekmar Group, and Informa on the acquisition of Tarsus.

Michael holds a B.A. in Russian with Serbian/Croatian from Nottingham University (2007), a Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law (2008), and completed his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law (2009). He qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2012.
