Marc Gilston

Marc Gilston is a Partner in the Banking and Finance practice group in Dentons' London office, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. He acts for lenders, borrowers, sponsors and advisors on a wide range of bilateral and syndicated banking and finance transactions, with a focus on acquisition finance, real estate finance and restructurings.

Marc has extensive experience working on both domestic and multi-jurisdictional cross-border transactions. His practice also includes a focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions with an emphasis on operational infrastructure, renewable energy, and energy and utilities. He represents investors and owners of these asset classes, acting for UK, European and US-based private equity houses, global investment banks, and both listed and privately held domestic and international businesses.

Marc holds an LL.B. from Southampton University (2004) and completed the Legal Practice Course at Guildford College (2005).
