Lorna Rogers

Lorna Rogers is a Partner in Dentons' Real Estate team based in Milton Keynes, advising a wide range of clients including developers, investors, funds, retailers and financial institutions.

She has worked on development projects acting for large investors on sale and leaseback transactions, facilitated conditional agreements for lease in conjunction with planning teams for supermarket acquisitions, and drafted and negotiated option agreements for housebuilders. Notable matters include advising on the negotiation and completion of NHBC's new City headquarters, advising on a £73 million acquisition of a central London property, and advising a key banking client on the exit from its existing main premises and move to a new multi-million annual rent headquarters. She has also advised financial institutions on taking security over high-value residential and commercial properties.

She holds a BA (Hons) from Southampton University and completed the GDL and LPC at Nottingham Law School.

She is ranked as an "Up and Coming" by Chambers UK (2025, 2026) and described by clients as "a very good lawyer" who is "dedicated to her role and can deal with complex work."
