Emily Harvey

Emily Harvey is Counsel in the firm's Real Estate practice, based in the Milton Keynes office. She has 20 years' experience dealing with a variety of commercial property work, including development, site assembly, infrastructure, and providing real estate support in corporate transactions.

Ms. Harvey has advised landowner and public sector clients including Network Rail, Platform 4, HMG, local authorities, and high-net-worth landowners on estate management, acquisitions, disposals, development, infrastructure, and renewable projects. She regularly coordinates multi-disciplinary real estate, construction, planning, property litigation, and tax teams to progress major development and infrastructure projects. Key matters include advising Network Rail on a £1 billion mixed-use regeneration of a former goods yard in Shoreditch, advising Platform 4 on delivering up to 40,000 new homes across 47 towns and cities, and advising on the Esso Southampton to London £150 million pipeline project alongside the DCO process.

Emily holds an LLB from Southampton University (2002) and completed the Legal Practice Course at Bournemouth University (2004).
