Karen Hunt

Karen Hunt is Counsel in the firm's Real Estate team, based in the Glasgow office. She has more than 25 years' experience working on a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing, and asset management, with particular expertise in the purchase, sale, and management of shopping centres.

Ms. Hunt has a strong track record in project managing and delivering large-scale deals. She is the Dentons representative on the Property Standardisation Group, which produces, maintains, and updates agreed forms of documents and procedures for Scottish commercial property transactions.

She holds an LLB (Hons) and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow (1991, 1992).
