Kirsten Belk

Kirsten Belk is a Practice Development Lawyer in Dentons' Real Estate Scotland team, based in the Glasgow office. She supports the team by providing up-to-date precedents, driving process innovation through automation and AI, horizon scanning, knowhow updates, and providing technical support on novel queries.

She has experience in both commercial and rural property practices, and regularly publishes insights on Scottish real estate developments, including EPC reform, the Housing (Scotland) Bill, rent controls, LBTT, the Building Safety Levy, and the Register of Overseas Entities.

Kirsten holds a B.A. (Hons) in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Stirling (2005), an LL.B with Distinction from Edinburgh University (2015), and a Professional Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh (2016).

She is a Listening Volunteer with Samaritans (2023 to date).
