Nir Assido

Nir Assido is a Partner at Dentons and a member of the Global Real Estate, Banking and Finance and Energy practice groups, specialising in Real Estate Law. He has extensive experience in financing and real estate transactions, including cross-border and syndicated projects.

Nir represents financial institutions, public companies and private equity investors in financing, M&A and joint venture transactions across a range of sectors, including real estate, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing and venture capital. He advises international real estate investors and developers on cross-border acquisition, development, construction and financing projects, and acts for banks and financial institutions on international financings, as well as energy and infrastructure funds on energy projects and project finance transactions worldwide.

Nir holds an LL.B. from the University of Haifa (2007).
