Grace Tolino is an Associate in Bird & Bird’s Commercial group, based in London, focusing on Technology Law. She specialises in technology transactions, with a particular focus on fintech and the financial services sector.

Her experience lies in advising businesses that are being transformed or disrupted by technology. Her practice area includes advising on technology contracts such as complex outsourcing and technology transformation, SaaS agreements, cloud contracts, API integration, software licensing agreements, as well as consideration of associated issues.

She works with clients ranging from start-ups to major multi-nationals and acts for both customers and suppliers.
