Andrew Vernon

Andrew Vernon is a Senior Associate in Bird & Bird's Tech Transactions team in London, where he works closely with clients on a broad range of technology matters and digital transformation projects. His primary practice area is Technology Law.

He has a broad range of experience advising clients on technology matters and digital transformation projects, including SaaS/PaaS contracts, technology services agreements, licensing issues and business-critical IT outsourcing arrangements (including EBA/PRA compliance).

He supports clients from a wide range of industry sectors, including financial services, sports, retail and consumer, and digital and technology, and has experience advising both suppliers and customers of IT services.

He understands the need to work closely with stakeholders from across different areas of clients' businesses when supporting on contractual matters to ensure a joined-up approach, and enjoys supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects.
