Scott Greaves

Scott Greaves is a Senior Associate in Dentons' market-leading TMT practice, specialising in Technology Law. He advises clients in both the public and private sectors on information technology, commercial contracts and outsourcing.

Scott has significant experience in the retail industry, having spent a substantial period on secondment to a major British retailer. He advises clients on technology and outsourcing agreements, third party supplier arrangements, FMCG agreements, franchise agreements, social media and marketing agreements, freight and logistics agreements and other commercial contracts. Prior to joining Dentons, Scott trained and qualified with a large international law firm and has also completed client secondments to a global Scotch whisky and gin manufacturer and a UK clearing bank.

Scott holds an LL.B. (Hons) and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde.
