Faith Colenutt

Faith Colenutt is an Associate in Dentons' Litigation & Arbitration practice, based in the London office, practicing in Arbitration and Mediation. She joined the Firm in 2023 as a trainee lawyer and has since gained commercial litigation and arbitration experience across a range of sectors including financial services, insolvency, technology, energy, media, ESG, and transport.

Ms. Colenutt was part of the team that advised Stagecoach South Western Trains Limited in the "boundary fares" claim, including reaching the first major collective settlement under the UK collective actions regime. She spent six months on secondment to the Disputes team at Dentons Hong Kong LLP, where she worked on employment, corporate, aviation, and professional negligence disputes.

Faith holds a BA (Hons) in History and French from the University of Cambridge (2021), a Graduate Diploma in Law with Distinction from BPP University Law School (2022), and completed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at BPP University Law School (2023). She is a member of the Franco-British Lawyers Society.
