Diana Mennie

Diana Mennie is a Counsel in the Corporate practice in Dentons' Edinburgh office, specializing in venture capital, growth companies and M&A. She has significant experience in the technology sector, including food technology, agri-tech, B2B technologies and education.

She advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including international M&A, investments, joint ventures, reorganisations and general corporate governance. She is admitted as a solicitor in Scotland.

Diana holds a Diploma in Legal Practice (2011) and an LL.B (Hons) (2010) from the University of Aberdeen.
