Caroline Frost

Caroline Frost is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team, specialising in Real Estate Law. She acts for both landlord and tenant clients on a wide range of property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management.

Caroline has experience advising on the property aspects of corporate transactions, insolvency and energy matters. She has acted for Royal Mail Group, Network Rail, John Lewis and Waitrose, and a major mobile phone provider, among others. She has also negotiated the property aspects of substantial asset and share sales and purchases, including multi‑jurisdictional deals, and has acted for administrators and receivers on single residential property sales to complex multi‑property commercial transactions.

Caroline holds an LL.B. from the University of Leicester and completed the LPC with Distinction at the College of Law, Birmingham.
