António Santos e Silva

António Santos e Silva is an Associate at Dentons in London, practicing in the Banking and Finance group, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. He focuses on structured finance and securitization, both within the UK and internationally, advising originators, arrangers, and other market participants on public and private securitization and warehousing transactions, as well as on the acquisition, financing, and disposal of asset portfolios.

Prior to joining Dentons, António practiced at Vieira de Almeida & Associados in Portugal, where he gained experience in M&A, capital markets, real estate finance, and general corporate law. He holds a BA in Law and an MA in Corporate Law from the Catholic University of Portugal (2018, 2020) and was admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2022.
