Andrew Henderson

Andrew Henderson is a Partner in the firm's Real Estate Law practice, based in the London office. He provides a full-service real estate, corporate real estate, and real estate finance function for clients engaged in the real estate, corporate, finance, restructuring, and energy and infrastructure sectors, with extensive experience in acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, and structured investments.

Mr. Henderson has advised on numerous significant transactions, including Sports Direct on its acquisition of 161-167 Oxford Street for approximately £108 million, Blackstone on its acquisition of Chiswick Park for £480 million and its subsequent £600 million refinancing, Carlyle Group on its £671 million acquisition of the White Tower portfolio, Norges Bank on its acquisition of a 25% interest in Regent Street for £448 million, and Sinopec on its US$1.5 billion acquisition of a 49% interest in Talisman Energy. He has also advised Tata Group on its £1.3 billion acquisition of Jaguar and Land Rover, Resolution on Pearl Group's £5 billion takeover, and Apache Corporation on its US$1.75 billion acquisition of Mobil North Sea from ExxonMobil.

He holds an LLB from King's College London (1997), completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London (1999), and the Professional Skills Course at BPP Law School (2000).
