Alice Culkin-Tamayo

Alice Culkin-Tamayo is an Associate in the UK Disputes practice at Dentons, based in the London office, practicing in Dispute Resolution. She works across the disputes spectrum on arbitrations, court proceedings, and complaints to soft law fora such as the ASA and UK NCP, including claims against company directors, contractual claims, group claims, and judicial review proceedings.

She has worked with governments defending investor-state arbitrations in UNCITRAL proceedings and has assisted on various commercial arbitrations, as well as ESG-related soft law claims. She has worked with clients in the energy, banking, and aviation sectors.

Alice completed her training contract at Dentons London and qualified in 2023. Prior to that, she worked as a paralegal in Dentons' Arbitration team in Paris and at the ICC International Court of Arbitration. She holds a BA in French and Music from the University of Sheffield (2011), an MA in Law from the University of Sheffield (2016), and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University (2020).
