Adjoa Kwakwa

Adjoa Kwakwa is an Associate in the Projects practice group in the London office, practicing in Energy Law. She focuses on project development and M&A across oil and gas, LNG, and renewable energy sectors, including wind and battery storage technologies, and handles various commercial and regulatory matters.

She has advised Wintershall Dea on the sale of its 10% interest in the Ghasha Concession in Abu Dhabi, a leading private equity institution on its £1.4 billion acquisition of an energy services provider, and First Quantum Minerals on a joint venture for the development of a copper mine in Zambia. She is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
