Tatiana Kruse

Tatiana Kruse is Of Counsel in the firm's London office, practicing in Intellectual Property Law. She has decades of experience advising on commercial contracts involving technology and intellectual property, including software transactions, outsourcing, and the protection and exploitation of trade marks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property.

Ms. Kruse has particular expertise in data protection, including compliance and trouble-shooting, and leads the Dentons Privacy Community. She advises clients in the retail, financial services, and media sectors across the UK, US, EU, Russia, and other countries. She joined Salans (now Dentons) in 2003 and was a partner from 2008 until her retirement from the partnership.

She holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford (1977), an MSc in Social Policy from the London School of Economics (1982), and a Diploma in Law from City University (1990).
