Susan Kelly

Susan Kelly is a Partner in Dentons' Banking and Finance practice, working across the firm's Edinburgh and London offices. She is also the Non-Executive Chair of the firm's Global Board, guiding the strategic direction of the firm worldwide. She focuses on corporate lending, acquisition finance and real estate finance in both domestic and international markets.

She advises both lenders and borrowers across a wide range of global sectors, including food and drink, manufacturing, technology and real estate. Clients value her solution-driven approach and strong industry insight. She has deep experience in all aspects of corporate lending, acquisition finance and real estate finance, and serves on both the Dentons UK and Middle East LLP Board and Dentons' Global Board.

She holds an LL.B from the University of Edinburgh.

She is Band 1 ranked by Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500, is included in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame, and is listed by Chambers and Partners as an Eminent Practitioner.
