Stella Meytanis

Stella Meytanis is a Senior Associate Solicitor at RIAA Barker Gillette (UK), specialising in Real Estate Law. She is a specialist commercial real estate solicitor with over 20 years of experience in acquisitions, disposals, commercial landlord and tenant matters, site and asset management, property finance, refinancing and investment.

Stella has particular experience in investment-related property transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of single and multi-let properties, as well as financing and refinancing of commercial and mixed-use schemes, and the preparation and negotiation of conditional and non-conditional agreements for lease. Her clients include developers, high-net-worth individuals and investors, focusing on the retail, office and industrial sectors.

Stella holds an LL.B. (Hons) from Middlesex University (1996), completed the LPC at the College of Law (1997), and qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2000. She joined RIAA Barker Gillette in 2022 from SJS Law, having previously been a senior associate at Howard Kennedy.
