Renu Gulrajani

Renu Gulrajani is an Associate in Dentons' Regulatory and Investigations group, specialising in Corporate Compliance. She advises on all aspects of financial markets and regulatory work, with a focus on financial crime, AML and sanctions compliance, and risk management, with experience in both contentious and strategic matters.

Renu represents clients in external regulatory investigations and conducts internal investigations relating to alleged regulatory breaches. She previously worked in the Enforcement Division of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), providing her with valuable insights into investigations, particularly dual-track criminal investigations.

Renu holds an LL.B. (Hons) and completed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at BPP Law School. She is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
