Rebecca Timms

Rebecca Timms is a Managing Practice Development Lawyer at Dentons in London, specializing in Competition Law. She is responsible for know‑how and training for the UK Competition practice, with a particular focus on skills development for junior lawyers and designing knowledge systems and client‑facing knowledge projects.

Prior to taking on a knowledge role, Rebecca advised on complex and high‑profile competition and merger control investigations at leading firms in London and Brussels. She has experience across a broad range of competition law matters, including antitrust, merger control, and regulatory compliance.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) in European Legal Studies from the University of Bristol (1993), a Licentiate in Law from the University of Rouen (1992), and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law (1994). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 1997.
