M. Qaiser Khanzada

M. Qaiser Khanzada is a Partner at RIAA Barker Gillette, practicing in Dispute Resolution. He is a founding partner of the firm, having joined its predecessor practice in 1981, and has extensive experience across corporate and commercial disputes, including traditional chancery matters (trusts, probate, and real property) and commercial chancery work (asset tracing, cross-border insolvency, and offshore trusts).

Mr. Khanzada also has experience with contentious matters involving the Competition and Markets Authority in relation to alleged cartel investigations and director disqualification applications. He is experienced in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, ranging from direct negotiations to mediation. His clients range from companies and their officers to insolvency practitioners and high-net-worth individuals.

He holds a B.Soc Sc from Keele University (1980) and qualified as a solicitor at the College of Law (1981). He was admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 1984 and is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
