Laura Neville

Laura Neville is an Associate in Dentons' Edinburgh office and a member of the Projects practice group, advising public and private sector clients including Her Majesty's Government, project companies, developers, infrastructure funds and service providers.

She has advised on a variety of projects across the health, education, defence, transport, waste and housing sectors throughout the UK, with experience in project variations, buying and selling project interests, and significant government procurements. Notable matters include advising MTR on its bid for the Elizabeth Line Concession, advising on the potential acquisition of a facilities management provider, advising the UK Ministry of Justice on the Prison Education Programme and the Property Transformation Programme, and advising on the novation of O&M contracts for offshore windfarms.

Laura holds an LL.B in Law from the University of Glasgow (2020) and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow (2021).
