Alessandro Randall

Alessandro Randall is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate practice in Dentons' Milton Keynes office, focusing on commercial property law including leasing, acquisitions and financing, with particular expertise in retail and development sectors.

He acts on behalf of both landlords and tenants in leasehold transactions, and provides property support in corporate transactions. Notable matters include acting for Network Rail on station retail leases and portfolio matters, serving as lead lawyer on Sainsbury's in-store concessions portfolio, advising on the rollout of a nationwide EV charging point installation project, and assisting with acquisitions and disposals of development sites for national and regional housebuilders.

Alessandro holds a B.A. (Hons) and M.A. (Hons) in Classics from University of Durham, and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP University Law School.
