Daniela Mensano

Daniela Mensano is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution department, specialising in Dispute Resolution. She specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on complex shareholder disputes and a wide range of commercial issues.

Daniela brings a unique perspective to her litigation practice, having also practised in company and commercial law, allowing her to provide commercially practical advice to clients in the face of adversity. She has played a pivotal role in handling high‑value arbitrations and a variety of High Court and County Court matters, including injunctive proceedings and contractual and property‑related disputes.

Daniela holds an LL.B. (Hons) in European Legal Studies, including a year studying in Italy, and is fluent in Italian. She is a member of the British Italian Law Association, bringing an international perspective to her cross‑border and multi‑jurisdictional work.
