Dan Stafford

Dan Stafford is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Corporate practice in London, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. He advises on cross‑border corporate M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, management equity arrangements, and joint ventures.

Dan has particular experience advising clients in the technology, life sciences, and healthcare sectors, having previously been seconded to a leading digital health company. He has been involved in significant transactions including advising funds managed by KKR on its acquisition of ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, Centrica on the sale of its European energy solutions businesses, Natixis Investment Managers on the sale of MV Credit to Clearlake Capital, and the UK arm of Group 1 Automotive on its acquisition of Inchcape. He has also advised on pro bono matters, including a Series B funding round for a provider of cold storage technology solutions in East and Southern Africa.

Dan holds an LL.B from the University of Kent (2012) and completed his Legal Practice Course at the London College of Law (2023). He qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2017.
