Charlotte Peacock

Charlotte Peacock is a Senior Associate in the London Intellectual Property team at Bird & Bird, specialising in all aspects of brand management. Her primary practice area is Trademark Law.

She advises brand owners on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters and provides strategic advice for existing, expanding and new brands.

Her experience includes advising on trade mark clearance and filing strategy, and representing clients in trade mark prosecution, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the UK and EU Intellectual Property Offices. Commercial work formed part of her training, and she has experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, including licence agreements, assignment agreements and co-existence agreements.

She acts for a range of clients, from start-ups to global companies, across sectors including fashion and luxury, consumer, hospitality, education, media and entertainment, and technology and financial services.
