Conny Lennox

Conny Lennox is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate practice in Dentons' Milton Keynes office, specialising in Real Estate Law. She deals with a variety of commercial property work, including leasing and acquisitions, acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants in leasehold transactions, as well as assisting on acquisitions and disposals.

Conny has acted for Network Rail on a range of property transactions, including station retail leases, and has advised on lease renewals across the UK. She also assists with the acquisition and disposal of development sites for national and regional housebuilders and developers, advises on the acquisition of freehold and leasehold properties, and acts for receivers on residential property sales and financial institutions on security matters. She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Hertfordshire and completed the LPC at the University of Hertfordshire.
