Annabelle Gold-Caution

Annabelle Gold-Caution is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice, specializing in Data Protection Law. She provides strategic advice on technology and data‑driven issues across the digital, health, sport, professional services, and retail sectors.

Annabelle advises clients on complex compliance projects, adtech and marketing initiatives, international data transfers, outsourcing arrangements, data subject claims and complaints, regulatory investigations, data breach responses, and cybersecurity matters. She has worked extensively in the retail and consumer sector, helping clients to commoditize consumer data, and with health and pharmaceutical organizations on the use of patient data within research and AI projects.

She holds a B.A. in Jurisprudence from Oxford University, Lincoln College (2012) and completed her Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, Manchester (2013). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2015.
